Alexa
Alexa brings 20+ years of tourism experience to the company. Growing up in the hospitality industry, Alexa has worked in all aspects of hotels, restaurants, institutions, and tourist experiences. Friends know her as Miss Lackawanna County for her knowledge of the area and love of the local community. She is a big fan of animals, history, and making people smile. She will not know the weather, outcome to sports events, or the lottery numbers if you approach her with, “Hey Alexa…”

Andy
Andy Polansky is a lifelong resident of Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA), with the exception of a five-year stint in Philadelphia. Known for his deep knowledge of the region, Andy often has the answer to any local trivia question, leaving friends to ask, "How do you know that?" Passionate about the unique aspects of NEPA, he loves sharing insights into the area's rich history, culture, and character. His wealth of knowledge makes him a go-to person for anyone curious about the region.
